The complexity is a bit low, for a city builder. The UI is very intuitive and it's quite enjoyable ripping apart asteroids for their contents.
The cute style and spot-on music really make this enjoyable. I bought this because another game by this dev team, Down The Rabbit Hole, blew my mind. Cooperate with your Folk and work your way toward a solution to their solar crisis! Be sure to make the most of all the silly things you can decorate your city with too, so your Folk remain happy and productive. Why limit your city building to a flat surface! Enjoy the spatial advantages of VR and construct your city in free-space, adding buildings on top and underneath.
